POSTAGE & HANDLING

All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours if possible upon receipt of payment of your order.

All orders will be shipped using Australia Post, regular mail. We strongly recommend using registered post. Should you require this please select that option at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is important to us. Kath's Craft are unable to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. If goods are faulty, we will allow you to return a product for a refund or exchange for the same item (if available). All returned products must be returned unused and in the same condition as sold and accompanied by the customer receipt (original or photocopy). You are requested to return the products at own cost.
